Adopt a solo-dev PDLC scaffold built on six root-level source-of-truth files (SPEC · CATALOG · SCREENS · FLOWS · ROADMAP · DECISIONS) and enforce reading them before any non-trivial change via CLAUDE.md and .claude/rules/source-of-truth.md.

Why

Canonical decisions kept leaking into conversation; the wireframe sweep introduced hire-CA / refund-window drift.

Impact

• Six root-level SoT files — SPEC · CATALOG · SCREENS · FLOWS · ROADMAP · DECISIONS.
• CLAUDE.md requires reading them before any non-trivial change.
• .claude/rules/source-of-truth.md enforces it.
