Reset the tier ladder to Free / Self ₹249 / AI Self ₹499 / Pro Family ₹799 per AY. Storage cap: 200 MB on Free, 5 GB on paid tiers.

Why

Removing self-filing (separate decision) narrows the value the engine provides; adding AI Q&A introduces a new value lever that justifies a higher ladder. New tiers also introduce a storage discipline (Free 200 MB / Paid 5 GB) to bound Free-tier abuse.

Impact

• subscription.ts SUBSCRIPTION_PLANS widens from ["free","paid","pro_family"] to ["free","self","ai_self","pro_family"].
• PRICE_PAISE becomes { self_per_ay: 24_900, ai_self_per_ay: 49_900, pro_family_per_ay: 79_900, ai_self_topup_per_ay: 25_000, pro_family_topup_per_ay: 30_000 }.
• .context/wiki/entities/* table + landing pricing rewritten.
• Existing "paid" rows in production data migrate to "self" (one-to-one); migration script needed before deploy.
