Email verification is OTP (6-digit code), not magic link, on both surfaces

Decision

Email verification uses a 6-digit OTP entry screen on both website and mobile — not a magic-link click flow.

Why

Simpler consistent mechanism; OTP works on shared/public devices where clicking a link from the same browser is the norm but also on devices where clicking the email link opens a different browser session.

Impact

• Website verify-email.html was showing a magic-link click flow — updated to match mobile's OTP entry form.
• Both surfaces now show a 6-digit OTP entry screen for email verification.
• .context/wiki/surfaces/* "Verify email" row updated to reflect OTP parity.
• Affects copy-strings (the verify-email copy).
