DECISION.2026-06-24.SLA-7-WORKING-DAYSSupport SLA is 7 working days on all surfaces
Decision
Support SLA is 7 working days across every user-facing surface — mobile, website, transactional emails, and error screens.
Why
Mobile inbox-document-failed.html was showing "1-day SLA" while the website and all canonical copy said "7 working days". The mismatch surfaced during a sync-check on 2026-06-24. The website value was correct; mobile was wrong.
Impact
- Any surface showing "1 working day" or "1-day SLA" is a bug.
- Canonical value recorded in copy-strings as
COPY.SUPPORT-SLA. A separate SLA entity was not created — two pages owning one value is what the lint blocks. - Affected surfaces: all support-contact copy, all document-failed error screens, all transactional emails that reference support response time.
Status
Active.
