Pro Family AI quota is 15 questions/day, not 5

Decision

QUOTAS.ask_daily_pro_family is canonically 15 questions/day, shared across the family workspace. The live pricing page already showed 15 and is correct; tier-pro-family.md was stale at 5.

Why

A completeness audit of the website found the live pricing page (PlatformPlans.tsx, PricingFaq.tsx) displaying 15 questions/day for Pro Family, while tier-pro-family.md and the original pricing.html wireframe both said 5/day. Confirmed with the user: 15 is the correct, intentional value — the quota was raised after the wireframe was drawn. .context/designs/ is immutable raw source per this repo's wiki schema, so the wireframe is left as-is; the wiki entity (the thing actually meant to track canonical values) is the one that was wrong and is now fixed.

Impact

• packages/shared/src/config/quotas.ts — no code change, ask_daily_pro_family: 15 was already correct.
• .context/wiki/entities/tier-pro-family.md — TIER.PRO-FAMILY.AI_QA row updated from "5 questions/day" to "15 questions/day."
• .context/designs/web/marketing/pricing.html — left unchanged (raw, immutable); the wireframe now understood to predate this quota increase.
