Decision

Every contact address a person is asked to write to — support, grievance, DPO, CA support, hello, billing — is firodiya.ritesh@gmail.com, in the app, the emails, the legal pages, the designs and this wiki.

Why

chitragupt.ai has no mail records. On 2026-10-04 dig MX chitragupt.ai returned nothing, so grievance@chitragupt.ai and the others could not receive mail. A grievance address that bounces is worse than a plain one that works: the Grievance Officer and DPO addresses are the ones a user, or a regulator, writes to when something has gone wrong.

Impact

• packages/shared/src/config holds the four addresses; every surface reads them from there or was changed in the same commit (71 files).
• Not changed, because nobody writes to them: no-reply@chitragupt.ai (a sending address), inbox@chitragupt.ai and inbox+xxxx@ (the document forwarding feature), and the seed and reviewer accounts.
• Branded addresses can come back once the domain has mail forwarding: change the four values in the shared config, then the copy that spells them out.
