Admin and CA-portal charts are deferred until designed

Decision

The chart specs 2026-05-30-charts-mandatory-pillars gives the admin desk and the CA portal (SLA burndown, MRR, client mix, response times) are not required for launch. They become FEAT-0016 and are drawn before they are built. User-facing pillars keep their charts.

Why

Neither surface has a wireframe for them and no code exists. Under the pipeline a chart with no design cannot ship, and both surfaces are internal tools used by a handful of people; their value does not justify blocking launch.

Impact

• pillar-admin and pillar-ca-portal list the charts as planned, not required.
• 2026-05-30-charts-mandatory-pillars still holds for the user pillars.

Status

Active. Narrows 2026-05-30-charts-mandatory-pillars for two internal surfaces.
