How to query

A person opens the page and pastes the numbers, with the time shown, into .context/raw/YYYY-MM-DD-admin-<slug>.md.

  • "Do parses fail?" — /admin/parser-failures: parser_failure_rate_bps over 14 days.
  • "Are payments reconciled?" — /admin/payment-reconciliation: payment_recon_overdue.
  • "Are grievances on time?" — /admin/grievances: breached count.

Check the recompute is healthy first (source-firebase). On 2026-10-25 it had failed every hour for at least a week on a missing index, so the page showed stale numbers.
