How to query

Read only, counts and messages only. Never pull a uid, a PAN, an email or a document.

• "Is something failing?" — errors by function for the last 7 days. The query is in 2026-10-25-cloud-logging-errors.
• "Why does job X fail?" — severity>=ERROR AND resource.labels.service_name="<job, lower case>", message text only.

Cannot answer business numbers (unlocks, revenue, parse rates): those live in Firestore and are read through source-admin.
