Escapes
- Expired OTP: sign-in surface re-prompts; user requests a fresh code.
- Already signed in (browser session valid): skip to step 3 directly.
- Workspace pick: if user belongs to multiple workspaces, prompt to choose before dashboard (see family-workspace).
