Document — backfill pending (post-upgrade parsing)

Summary

The transitional Review-page state a document sits in immediately after a Free → Paid upgrade, while drainBackfill walks the user's view_only upload backlog. The row still has status = "view_only" until the parser writes a fresh outcome; the UI renders a "Parsing your file — this usually takes under a minute" banner instead of the view-only "Upgrade to unlock" affordance.
