The site is ingredient dossiers

Choice: The site is organised around ingredient dossiers and pairings, not journeys. Nav: Ingredients, Pairings, Cookbook. A dossier is a single-frame bento of tiles, not a page of chapters; only tomato (Grow, Source, Storage, Cook, Pairs with / Avoid with) and grow-tomato are drawn this way so far. See ingredient-dossier.

Why: the chapter version was judged too text-dense; Origin and In the body were dropped on the owner's feedback (commits 4067af7, b507bd8).

Rejected: a transformation-graph model with journeys as the whole site · seven text chapters per ingredient. skills has no way in; journeys is reached from the footer only.
