Implications

We stop the project if:

• Any RERA / NCDRC / DPDP complaint with documented merit hits us.
• A regulator publishes a rule that makes the wallet + ₹5-per-action model illegal or unworkable.
• A seller or buyer is documented as scammed via our platform and we can't refund cleanly.
• NoBroker (or another incumbent) launches a verified-listings service that matches our promise at meaningful scale.
• Founder bandwidth signals: we cannot run manual verification AND any other paid project simultaneously.
