2026-06-07-no-code-until-phase-0-exits

Decision

No Expo, Firebase, EAS, RevenueCat, or AdMob work begins until roadmap.md Phase 0 exit criteria all pass.

Why

NoBroker proves the model is unprofitable at unicorn scale. Burning engineering on unvalidated assumptions is the dominant failure mode.

Impact

Phase 0 work is operational (Google Forms, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Razorpay Payment Links). No commits to code repos until exit criteria pass.
