We retain the name dwarseva for the property app even though /Users/rsf/git/products/dwarseva/ already exists as a society-management monorepo.

Why

User explicitly accepted the duplication.

Impact

When Phase 1 begins we will need a different Play Store package ID, EAS project ID, Firebase project ID, and folder name. The brand name "Dwarseva" appears in two products — marketing will need disambiguation.

Status

Active. Status: Reversible later. Rename can happen any time before Phase 1.
