SURFACE.APP.SELLER.NEW-LISTINGSummary
Three steps to publish a listing: Basics, Location and config, Photos and publish.

Why it is drawn this way
Three steps, the same on both surfaces. An earlier draft had five. Each form stays short enough that no step scrolls past one thumb-reach on a phone.
Agent NoC is step 1.5, and conditional. It appears only when the seller says they are an agent listing for an owner. It asks for the NoC and the RERA agent number.
The seller never writes the title. A reviewer crafts it from the structured fields and the photos during verification.
Publishing costs ₹5 and starts a review, not a listing. The fee is for the review. A rejected listing does not get it back; a listing goes live for thirty days once a reviewer approves it.
The web app edits through this wizard. app/seller/listing/[id]/edit redirects here with the listing loaded. The set also draws a shorter edit form, seller/listing-edit.html, which the app does not render. The web manifest records that under missing.
