Why it is drawn this way

One action, centred. There is nothing else this user can do, so the screen is a single "Add Flat/House" button that starts onboarding.

The avatar is drawn as declared and may not render. The screen sets headerRight through Stack.Screen, but its parent layout is a Slot. If no header renders, this user has no way to Profile or Logout either.
