Why: India's parenting-content plays all died as content or community businesses: Momspresso (sold to Mamaearth in 2021, mostly goodwill), TinyStep (distressed sale, 2022), BabyChakra (absorbed into a DTC rollup). Globally, Peanut struggles to monetise and ad-funded apps conflict with trust in a medical-adjacent product. Doctor booking brings liability and commission conflicts; a marketplace puts editorial against commerce.
