What the code decides
/appworks signed out. A signed-out recording is downloaded and never uploaded.- A signed-in recording is uploaded on every plan, and downloaded as well if the upload fails.
- The client cap ignores the plan.
maxDurationSecondsis set to 300 for a paid workspace too, so the timer reads/ 300sfor everyone.
