The Create New Workspace modal that opens over the workspaces list.

Why it is drawn this way

It is a modal, not a route. showCreateModal is local state in workspace/page.tsx. The URL stays /workspace, so Create, Cancel and the X all land on the list.

One field. Only a name is asked for. The placeholder e.g., Engineering Team, Marketing is the source string. Enter in the field submits.

Validation is a toast. An empty name raises Workspace name is required through sonner. The field itself never shows an error.

Create does not open the workspace. On success the code toasts, clears the name and closes the modal. It does not navigate to the new workspace and does not call refetch.

Create is the grey button. Create uses the default variant and Cancel uses outline; both are flex-1, so they share the row equally.
