Why it is drawn this way

The badge is not data. Every card shows a blue Active badge that is a literal in page.tsx. It reads nothing from the workspace, so it cannot say anything else.

The whole card is the link. A card wraps in one Link to /workspace/[id]. The View line with the Users icon is text inside it, not a second control.

The buttons are grey. New Workspace and Create Workspace use Button with no variant, which is the neutral default style, not the indigo primary.

Loading says zero. The subtitle is built from organizations.length, and the list defaults to [], so the loading state reads 0 workspaces above two CardSkeletons.

The error state is not drawn. A failed query shows the title and an ErrorCard (Error loading workspaces) in a narrower md container. It is the same shape as the library error.
