Why it is drawn this way

Email only. The form sends organizationId and email. There is no role field; the server defaults an invite to MEMBER.

The real error is hidden. The catch discards the server error and always toasts Failed to send invitation. An empty field toasts Email is required.

The list does not refresh. Success toasts Invitation sent to <email> and closes the modal. Unlike remove and change-role, it does not call refetch.

The note is inline. The blue box about accepting the invitation is part of the modal body, not a toast or a helper under the field.

Send is the grey button. Send Invitation uses the default variant; Cancel is outline.
