Why it is drawn this way

Same component, one button swapped. recording-controls.tsx shows a green Play in place of the yellow Pause. The dot stops pulsing.

The hint changes one word. It reads to resume instead of to pause.

Stop still works. A paused recording can be stopped without resuming.
