recording-red

Summary

In the recorder, red means the capture is live; it is a separate token from danger.

Why it matters

The recorder paints its pulsing dot, the countdown, the stop button and the camera bubble's LIVE mark in red-500. Elsewhere the app uses red-600 for destructive actions: delete a recording, delete a workspace, cancel a subscription. Same ramp, two meanings. A user who has learned that red means "this destroys something" should not meet it on the control that saves their recording.

The app does not separate them. The design set does, so that a later repalette can move one without the other.

Implications

• rec and rec-bg are reserved. They appear only in the record/ flow.
• danger is never used inside the recorder, except for the recording-failed message, which is a real error.
• Pause is warn and resume is success, as the code paints them.
