What it is

A property marketplace for India where every listing is checked by a person before it goes live. It answers PROB-0001: listings show wrong locations, homes already gone, agents posing as owners and stolen photos, and nobody answers for it.

Who it is for

Buyers and tenants looking for a home, and owners selling or renting one, in every Indian city, for every kind of property and deal (scope).

What it is not

• Not a subscription site: a flat ₹5 per action, to publish, renew or unlock a contact (pricing).
• Not limited to one city or to homes only (scope).
• Not built yet: the architecture is proposed, not built (architecture-overview).

Status

Nothing is live. The web app runs locally on seed data; the mobile app is a bare scaffold (product-identity). Whether the Phase 0 concierge test ran is not recorded (PROB-0002). Words used here: glossary.
