2026-10-04-rename-to-seedha-ghar

Decision

The property app is called Seedha Ghar. It no longer uses the name Dwarseva in any screen, document or identifier.

Why

Dwarseva is the society-management product in ~/git/products/dwarseva. Two products under one name needed a qualifier everywhere — "Dwarseva Property", "Dwarseva Societies" — and the portfolio listed them as if they were one family. They are not: different users, different money, different code. "Seedha Ghar" says what the product does: owner and buyer deal directly.

Impact

• Display name, logo letter (द → स), design sets, wiki and apps/web copy all say Seedha Ghar.
• Root package.json is seedha-ghar.
• Placeholders in catalog moved with it: seedhaghar.in, in.seedhaghar.app, EAS slug seedha-ghar. None is registered. Check the domain and both store names are free before Phase 1.
• The folder and the GitHub repo stay property-app.
• The portfolio slug is seedha-ghar.
