Why it is drawn this way

A draw is not a loss. Against Hard it is the best available outcome. The trophy goes grey rather than amber and the copy reads "It's a draw" — a neutral "Game over" would tell a player who just drew a perfect opponent nothing about how well they did.

It is its own screen, not a variant of the win. draw is not one of the five states the house rule names, and stretching a state word to cover it is how a closed vocabulary stops meaning anything.
