SURFACE.MOBILE.STATES.SPLASHSummary
The launch screen, before the first route renders.

Why it is drawn this way
It is expo-splash-screen, not a route. Nothing in src/app/ draws this —
it is configured in app.config.ts and torn down once the root layout mounts.
It is in the set because it is the first thing a player sees and it is the one
screen whose colours are decided outside the component tree.
It follows the theme. backgroundColor is white and dark.backgroundColor
is the app shell's dark ground, so the hand-off to Home never flashes the wrong
colour. The dark block must repeat image, imageWidth and resizeMode —
it replaces the light block rather than inheriting from it.
There is no spinner and no wordmark. Anything drawn here is drawn twice, because the first route paints over it milliseconds later.
