Why it is drawn this way

The shell is the company's, not a product's. One 40px bar: logo · Chitragupt / Settings, and the account menu on the right. There is no product, branch, Review or Versions here, because settings belong to the company. The logo and the company name go to products.

One 232px panel, like every other panel: "Find a setting" at the top, then Users, Products and Billing under Chitragupt, and Account under You. The title sits in the content as a reading screen's title row, with the screen's one action beside it.

Shown once. Trunk keeps only a fingerprint of it, so it cannot be shown again; a lost token is revoked and made anew.

The commands carry the token already, so the person copies one line, not two.
