Why it is drawn this way
The shell is the company's, not a product's. One 40px bar: logo · Chitragupt / Settings, and the account menu on the right. There is no product, branch, Review or Versions here, because settings belong to the company. The logo and the company name go to products.
One 232px panel, like every other panel: "Find a setting" at the top, then Users, Products and Billing under Chitragupt, and Account under You. The title sits in the content as a reading screen's title row, with the screen's one action beside it.
One kind of access, said in words. A token reads the design and gets code, in the products its person can open. It cannot change anything; writing to a draft from the command line waits.
The name is what the person will recognise later in the list: the machine or the job it is for.
90 days is the default expiry. A token that never expires is allowed, and the list says so.
