Why it is drawn this way

The shell is the company's, not a product's. One 40px bar: logo · Chitragupt / Settings, and the account menu on the right. There is no product, branch, Review or Versions here, because settings belong to the company. The logo and the company name go to products.

One 232px panel, like every other panel: "Find a setting" at the top, then Users, Products and Billing under Chitragupt, and Account under You. The title sits in the content as a reading screen's title row, with the screen's one action beside it.

One notice with the date and Undo. Delete waits 14 days, so a mistake is never final: asked for by Ritesh on 12 Oct 2026, gone on 26 Oct 2026.

It must not look like billing's locked state. The title is the countdown, in the danger color, and the last section lists what is deleted (Chitragupt Web and its pages, components, tokens and icons, 3 members, every branch and version) instead of usage.

Move to Team, Undo and Export stay, because a company being deleted is the moment someone remembers they wanted a copy.
