Why it is drawn this way

It is billing with the plan section saying how long is left. The price it will cost follows, for the seats in use now, so the number is known before a card is asked for.

It says what happens with no card: the company moves to Starter and nothing is deleted. That is the one fear a trial raises, so it is answered where the trial is shown.

Add a card leads to checkout. Move to Starter ends the trial early. There are no invoices, so that section is not drawn.
