Why it is drawn this way

One menu for everything you can open: main and the open branches, then the newest tags, then See all branches, All versions and Compare. It replaced the Versions menu on the right of the bar. Picking one keeps the screen and swaps only the ref in the address (/chitragupt/web/<ref>/…). A tag opens version-page, View only. See 2026-10-21-ref-in-the-path.
