Why it is drawn this way

A list, not a dashboard. Each row is a branch with what it does, its owner, one status, the changes and when it moved. A row opens its branch page; there are no buttons on the row.

Only branches are listed. The draft is not a branch, so it has no row; Review is its one place.

Open, Merged and Closed are the tabs: Open 2, Merged 4, Closed 0. The open branches are kpi-empty-state (Ritesh, just now, Verify not run, 3 changes) and pricing-copy (Ananya, 4 days ago, synced, 5 changes). Settling the pricing-copy conflict returns here, so it shows as synced.

Kabir's view of kpi-empty-state is the branch page's locked state, reached from the state switcher, not from a link in the list.

Empty is Chitragupt Android, with no branches yet: a title and Open Pages, no explanation.
