Why it is drawn this way

A confirm, not a page. It sits over the branch page after Verify: "Verified 94" and "No conflicts", then the tag. The page under it does not respond.

The tag and its note are the only fields, filled in: v1.5, "KpiTile empty state". On Team the note is written by AI and can be edited.

Merge to main leads to versions, where v1.5 is first. Cancel and the close button return to branch-verify.
