Why it is drawn this way

Converted, not redrawn. The prototype rendered this page at runtime from JSON. This is that render for the Norrland tenant, on branch 7-add-recs-empty-state, made static on 2026-10-04. See converted-design-set.

This was the delta list's own URL on another branch. The prototype drew the list on main and this on a delta's branch. Here it is a screen of its own, drawn for branch 7-add-recs-empty-state.

Merge to main is a link to the Merged screen, which is drawn for delta #6. The prototype's button did nothing.
