Why it is drawn this way

The same Delta as the draft's, against the branch. Everything the branch does not change is dimmed. The inspector says "Changed on kpi-empty-state" and opens the branch page, where its checks and Merge are. There is no Review: the draft on this branch is empty.

Complete · Delta sits at the top left of the canvas, as on main. Complete opens pages-on-branch. In the app the address is /chitragupt/web/kpi-empty-state/pages/<id>?view=delta.
