Why it is drawn this way

The upgrade moment most likely to be resented, so: no countdown theatre, no fake discount. State the number, state the reset date, and leave two working free paths on the screen. The user is never stuck.

The same fact is also carried forward onto Today, so that in the normal case this screen is not the first time anyone hears it.
