  • Refund window. 2026-06-14-refund-window-14-days and the backend (QUOTAS.refund_window_days, refund.ts:15) say 14 days; mobile settings/billing.tsx, config/onboarding-plan.ts and components/expense/LockedView.tsx tell users "24h refund window". freemium-per-ay also says "24h or first export", and exports are not tracked.
  • Support SLA. 2026-06-24-sla-7-working-days calls any 1-day SLA a bug; apps/mobile/src/config/drawer.ts:50 says "Support · 1-day SLA", and settings/support.tsx, RazorpayRefundView.tsx, NewConcernScreen.tsx, designs routes.js:916,986 and patterns/alerts.html say "1 business day".
  • Sub-processors. infra-sub-processors lists email as TBD and data-residency-dpdp says all sub-processors are enumerated; Resend sends email (functions/src/_lib/email.ts:1) and is not listed.

Flows that no longer match the app

  • admin-moderates-ca-application: no 90-day cooldown; the step is info_needed.
  • ca-application-onboarding: no pricing step.
  • current-ay-paid-unlock, refund-request: "until first export", exports untracked.
  • document-lifecycle family-transfer, fuzzy-entity-match, owner-mismatch, ingest: code has only pending_identity_confirmation (document-status.ts).
  • document-lifecycle-ocr: UI offers Delete, not Sync.
  • document-lifecycle-parse-pending: misses the sweep to rejected_parser_error.
  • document-lifecycle-standard-review, first-document-upload: inline edit exists (updateDocumentField, EditableMoneyField); free-tier docs are view_only.
  • document-lifecycle-upgrade-backfill: the callable drains server-side.
  • dpdp-grievance: identity check is after filing (grievance/file.ts:83); route is /legal/grievance.
  • past-ay-review: no AY selector on the dashboard (?ay= only on /tax).
  • returning-user-to-dashboard: no workspace-pick prompt in resolvePostAuthRoute.

Synthesis pages that are out of date

  • document-status-graph: 16 statuses, not 15.
  • tax-table-verification and the six per-AY pages: the discrepancies they list are fixed, tables are verified, fields renamed (carve_out_111A/112/112A, hp_loss_inter_head_cap_71, 80CCD(2) split); rollup links like ./ay-2021-22.md are broken. Slabs and §87A for AY 2024-25 and 2026-27 match.

Surfaces (15)

  • Copy differs: auth-sign-in ("Continue with Google"), onboarding-plan (strings not in wireframe or code), auth-sign-up ("tax documents"; "Sending code…" only in code), review-document-backfill-pending (no matching strings).
