Why it is drawn this way
Its own screen, because the closed vocabulary cannot name it. It is not
empty — the pack may already have words — and it is not a modal: the app's add
row is inline at the top of custom, so drawing it as a sheet would specify
navigation the app does not have.
The hint field is second and optional, and its placeholder is the standard rather than an instruction. Showing "Will Smith → Slap" once teaches more than a paragraph about what a good hint is.
Save returns to the list. A return, not a step: the word appears directly under the field it was typed in, which is the one thing the player wants to see.
