SURFACE.MOBILE.SETTINGS.SETTINGSSummary
Ownership, restore, haptics — and the promise repeated at the top.

Why it is drawn this way
The promise is repeated at the top, not buried. Settings is where a suspicious user goes looking for the subscription they think they were tricked into. Finding the opposite, stated plainly, is worth more than any feature on this screen. See promise.
The ownership line is a deliberate receipt. The recurring complaint in competitor reviews is a lifetime purchase that silently re-locks; a visible, dated ownership state is the cheapest possible answer to it.
Restore Purchases must stay reachable without scrolling on any device. App Store review requires it for a non-consumable, and it is the first thing a locked-out payer looks for. In the app a restore that finds nothing pushes paywall, which explains the outcome — see restore-failed.
There is no Appearance row, because there is no theme. Every screen is flooded — black outside a round, night inside one, the role value at the payoff. A "Match device" switch would have nothing behind it. See one-look.
Haptics are device-local and never synced — the person hosting is not the person who set the phone up.
No notifications section, because the app sends none. A party game has no business pushing anything.
