Why it is drawn this way

This is the only rules page. The onboarding copy of it is gone, so there is exactly one place a disputed rule gets settled. Reachable from the ? on setup and from settings.

Two roles, not three. Mr. White is gone. He was a third value in a palette that owns two, a whole extra screen for the steal, and a win condition that beat everybody — a lot of machinery for a role that only matters in the minority of rounds where he is caught. See two-roles.

The rules end with "you decide", and that is the honest wording. The app never sees the accusation, so it cannot declare a winner. Every 5M-install app in the category says the same thing: talk until someone is sure, then reveal. See result.

The roles get their own colours here, so the page teaches the palette's one rule rather than describing it.

No video, no animation, no carousel. A rules page is read once, under time pressure, by one annoyed person.
