Why it is drawn this way

The bundle is the merchandising unit, not the pack. Seven separate $1.99 decisions is six too many, so every shelf carries a Save % pill straight to here.

The saving is shown as a struck price and a percentage, because "40% off" and "$11.94 → $6.99" persuade different people.

What's included is drawn as the actual tiles, the same ones on Home. A list of pack names does not tell you the Jobs pack has 70 cards.

"Charged once · restore on any device" sits under the button. These are one-time purchases, not a subscription, and saying so where the thumb already is removes the most common reason people back out.
