Why it is drawn this way

Opening the menu pauses. There is no separate pause button and menu button. A player who reaches for the menu has stopped playing.

Resume is the filled button. The most common reason to be here is an interruption.

Leaving saves. "Save and go home" says what happens to the game. The current app's Back arrow resets it.

Resign is last and red. It ends the game, so it sits furthest from the thumb and asks again in resign.

It is drawn once, over the computer game. A friend game opens the same sheet.
