Content taxonomy

The canonical structure of Knowledge Cards, tags, and lifecycle mapping.

Field	Notes
`card_id`	Stable, dot-notated. Never changes. Example: `card.pregnancy.trimester-1.nausea`.
`title`	3–8 words. Sentence case.
`tldr`	1–2 sentences. Direct answer.
`body.global`	Modern-medical view. Default.
`body.india`	India-context view. Same claim structure. May reference garbhsanskar, Ayurveda, joint-family.
`body.regional`	Optional region overlay (Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, etc.).
`media.audio.global`	Audio narration URL (English) of the global view. ~80% of cards.
`media.audio.india`	Audio narration URL (English + Hindi options) of the India view.
`media.audio.narrator`	Name + city + short bio of narrator.
`media.audio.duration`	Seconds.
`media.video`	Optional short video (≤ 5 min) for topics that show better than tell. ~20% of cards.
`media.video.duration`	Seconds.
`stages`	Array — which stage IDs this card is relevant for.
`tags`	See tag taxonomy below.
`sources`	Every body must cite at least one clinical source (global) and one Indian source (india, if present).
`medical-review`	Yes/no. Cards that reference symptoms must have this true.
`red-flag`	If true, card is only shown alongside "when to see a doctor" callout.

Medical: fertility, ovulation, IVF, IUI, PCOS, endometriosis, gestational-diabetes, preeclampsia, ppd, ppa
Emotional: anxiety, decision-support, partner-support, in-law-dynamics, career-vs-family, identity-shift
Practical: delivery-prep, hospital-bag, feeding, sleep-training, discipline, screen-time, schooling
Indian-cultural: garbhsanskar, ayurveda, saatkolam, confinement, gond-ke-laddoo, panjeeri, dosha
Financial: cost-of-having-a-kid, insurance, IVF-cost, school-cost, planning
